01 — The Beginning

One Café. One Neighbourhood. One Big Idea.

It started, as most great Sydney stories do, in Marrickville. A single busy café. Long queues on Saturday mornings. A community of regulars who expected something better than ordinary.

That first café wasn't just a place to drink coffee — it was a testing ground. A place to ask hard questions about what made one espresso memorable and another forgettable. The answers had as much to do with what happened before the roast as what happened after.

Those early years built something more valuable than a customer base. They built an instinct — an obsessive curiosity about every link in the chain between a coffee farm and a cup.

02 — Building the Company

More Cafés. More Questions. A Bigger Vision.

One café became several. Then several became a network spread across Sydney's suburbs — each one a place to refine the craft, train baristas, and learn what customers actually needed.

Slowly, the focus shifted. The cafés were the front door. The real story was what went on behind it — the machines, the grinders, the green beans, the roasting process. Dipacci Coffee Company was born in 2015 to bring all of that expertise under one roof: machine sales, barista training, servicing, rentals, and roasting as a complete end-to-end operation.

Within a few years, Dipacci had become Australia's largest supplier of coffee machines, with a team of over 20 specialists helping cafés, restaurants, offices, and home baristas get the very best from every brew.

In 2018, everything learned from years of café operation, machine expertise, and roasting experimentation was distilled into a single, uncompromising label: Dipacci Espresso.

No filler. No compromise. Only the blends we were most proud of — sourced from direct-trade farms in Panama, Guatemala, Colombia, and beyond, then roasted with the precision that only a fully automated Brambati roaster can deliver.

Dipacci Espresso wasn't a rebrand. It was a declaration — a commitment that every bag bearing that name would represent the absolute peak of what our roastery could produce.

When we moved to Roselands, we didn't just find a bigger building — we built the roastery we'd always imagined. One where every detail of the process could be controlled, monitored, and perfected.

70% Carbon Reduction

Over 300 Canadian solar mono-crystalline PV modules (310W each) generate more than 132,000 kWh of clean energy every year at our Roselands roastery. Great coffee, responsibly made — that's the Dipacci standard.
