Refund policy
All products must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of receiving your product. Dipacci Coffee Company Pty Ltd does not allow any returns on coffee purchased unless there is a quality issue with the coffee. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes.
Important: Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form. Please DO NOT provide any other documents aside from the returns form.
Returns are accepted via post and or in person.
Returning via Post
Simply fill out the returns form and we will send you a AusPost return consignment to your email provided.
Dipacci Coffee Company Pty Ltd online store is not liable for the loss of an item/s being returned using this service. Please refer to the Australia Post website for Terms and Conditions. We recommend retaining your parcel lodgement receipt as this contains your tracking number.

Faulty items: Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team on 02 9758 0760 or via support@dipacci.com.au and they will instruct you on how to return the item.
